The CubeSAT project involves launching a 10cm^3 satellite into low earth orbit. The end goal of the mission, if it is completely successful, is to take a picture (or several) of the earth using the on-board camera and transmit the photo back to Earth.

NASA and Tyvak are helping in order to prepare our satellite for launch and to actually send it into space.
