Imaging Rat Lungs using Inverse Problem Analysis

Answering small questions within the scope of a new algorithm for reconstructing images from CT (computed tomography) and SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography) scans. In addition, creating functional GUIs (graphical user interface) to test the sensitivity of reproduction algorithms to changes in different variables (ie: which variables can safely be ignored/held constant in order to produce the best images in a reasonable amount of time for patients).
